Welcome to my little corner of the web. I'm Jon Uschold, but its likely you already know that if you've made your way here. I'm a freelance entrepeneur and start-up owner from Holland, NY. [Not far from Buffalo] I've always considered myself to be a jack-of-all-trades if you will. Someone who's capable of learning to do nearly anything; so long as it interests me, and I have access to the necessary materials or guidance to learn. Certainly that has never been more true than over the course of the past year. At the beginning of 2019 i was miserablly running the 9-5 rat race along with nearly everyone else, and thinking little of it because its what we as a society accept as 'normal.' I had very little interest in doing anything but making the money I needed to pay my bills, and burying myself in videogames anytime I wasn't at work. Compare that to the start of 2020; I'm the sole owner and operator of an evolving online business (you'll have to stay tuned for the details) I'm freelancing as a web professional, a graphic designer, and a writer, I'm learning constantly and most important of all I'm enjoying it! You aren't here for my story though, you're here for an example of my claimed talent. While this is a simple drag-and-drop site builder, and certainly not something I'm overly proud of, I put it together in uner an hour, simply becuase I needed a temporary home to begin my portfolio, and had come across an offer for a free website, with hosting and domain included, for 99 cents.
